Our Services The Initial Proposal - We schedule some time to see the house, discuss Staging options with the homeowner or selling agent, and deliver a proposal prepared for your specific needs within a few days. The Hands-on Staging Service - The most effective way to quickly prepare your home for sale. Simply Staging® does all the work. We can Stage the entire house or just a few rooms. The Hands-on Staging service normally takes anywhere from one to two days and really just depends on the size of the home and the amount of work to be done. If the homeowner is currently living in the home, existing furnishings and accessories can, and will, be used during the Staging process. Do you have an empty house? Not a problem. If you've already moved yourself and all your furnishings out of the house, Simply Staging can help. We have an ever growing inventory of quality furnishings and accessories to pull from for a reasonable monthly rental fee. Remember we can do as little or as much as you want. The Consultation - A less costly alternative, for the "do-it-yourself" type homeowner. We need to see the house, to objectively view your home, contents and property. An outline is then created with a detailed step by step instructional report which will include all the enhancements or changes needed to prepare the home both inside and out. The homeowner does the Staging work based on the detailed instructions we provide. We return for final touch-ups and the house is then ready to show. |
