Since every home is unique, it is impossible to have one set fee, but we will do our best to tailor our services to fit almost any budget. Our motto is "Doing Something is better than Doing Nothing at All". THE INITIAL STAGING VISIT - For about $50, we'll visit your home, take pictures and notes to properly assess the home's Staging needs. We will give you our initial thoughts and ideas, then within a few days, an estimate for the work is presented. THE HANDS-ON STAGING SERVICE - Prices start as low as $300. The home's condition, size and the number of rooms to be staged will be factors in determining the final proposal. We can do as much or as little as is necessary. We will work with you to determine the best plan for your unique selling situation.
